We enjoyed Carli’s place, it was cosy , well equipped kitchen and in a very convenient location to discover the best of Montreal !
大人2名で70泊の滞在。以下の事実により、安全・運用・衛生面で問題がありました。 【無断入室】8/5 就寝中、玄関ノック直後に不明の男性により外側から鍵が開錠されました。入室への同意はしていません（Airbnbに報告済）。ホストから正式な謝罪はありませんでした。 【入室通告と同意圧力】8/11〜13に、非緊急メンテナンスの在不在問わずの入室通知（窓スクリーン再設置、各種フィルター清掃等）。 さらにホストからは、これを拒否した場合には「滞在中や退去後に発生した不具合や損害は、予防メンテナンスを拒否したゲストの責任になる」とする条項への同意を求められました。 8/5の無断入室の直後で不安が大きく、3日間在室を余儀なくされました。 【運用】ホストから室内での網戸取り外し作業を求められました。構造上外せないこと、また入居時から汚れや埃が多く付着しており、ワンルーム内での作業が不衛生であることを伝えました。ホストから加えて、業者への連絡はゲストが対応するよう求められました。 【運用（アクセス）】滞在中のある日、事前連絡のない建物の暗証番号の変更があり、しばらく入館できず困りました。偶然会った他の宿泊者も同様に入れず、ホストに連絡してくれたことで、その後番号が全員に共有されたようです。 【消耗品】契約前は「長期滞在には追加提供・必要時の補充」と案内がありましたが、実際は初期在庫が少なく、入居後は自己負担との説明に変更。70泊2名の提供合計は、トイレットペーパー約7ロール・ゴミ袋8枚・キッチンペーパー2ロール等で、必要分は自己購入。タオルも各1セットのみのため自費追加。 【衛生・設備】到着直後から乾燥機フィルターに大量の埃で使用困難、エアコンに「フィルター清掃」警告、寝具の黄ばみと臭い、キッチン周りの油残りなど不備が複数。スタッフ対応待ちのため予定変更が発生。 この滞在では、安全と衛生が確保されているとは言えませんでした。次のゲストが安心して滞在できるよう、適切な改善が必要だと感じます。上記は証拠とともにAirbnbへ報告・提出済みです。
Extremely difficult guest. Consistently refused **mandatory** building maintenance, making it very difficult to handle for a long reservation, and incurring building fines handed out to me for neglecting the unit and it's mandatory maintenance. Tomoko refused to understand the rules and regulations that tenants must abide by while staying in a condo building. I would not recommend this guest. Quite disrespectful communications as well. Overall not a pleasant experience.
