-Parties, excessive noise, are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our locations. At the first complaint, the booking will be terminated without refund.
-To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.

• The owner is trying to rent out the units long-term, so there may be few visits throughout your stay. We will always notify you at least 24hrs in advance, and they will last only about 15 minutes. They will most likely start towards the month of June.
• All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.
