There's a BBQ, gym, pool and home theatre room you can use.

Please note: the minimum stay is 3 months with a lease.

This 2BR condo is newly furnished, with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The 60" smart TV comes with Netflix, news, and streaming. We provide free coffee, tea, and basic cooking supplies.
There is a balcony and large rooftop terrace that you can use with your guests. You'll also have access to the pool, BBQ, playroom, and gym.

You'll have complete access to the condo, the rooftop, the gym, the indoor pool and all common areas.

This is a high-end building with very strict security.
You will need to sign a lease and provide a government ID for each guest staying with you.
Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)
All tenants are responsible for getting their own tenant insurance. It is mandatory for the building.
