The villa is built in 2018 and has been renovated every year adding new furniture and new areas for relaxation. The Villa consists 11 bedrooms all ensuite able to accommodate up to 23 guests at the same time as well as events like weddings, celebrations and gatherings of up to 150 guests. The villa is designed in three different levels which can be separated but at the same time combined.
This fantastic property includes two pools, one of them heated upon request and offers the best infinity breathtaking views during day and night. Among the 11 bedrooms, the property includes:
ø 7 king size ensuite bedrooms
ø 4 queen suites
ø 1 Jaccuzzi
ø The best sea view gym for all gym and longevity lovers.
ø One of the main privileges of this villa is the spacious different outdoor areas for relaxation, swimming and sunbathing - giving the impression of an unforgettable holiday retreat.
ø The property also includes a private gym of 200 sq meters with 12 Technogym machines of latest technology, a tennis court for the lovers of sports, and a private helipad for the ones who wish to land directly into their dreaming holiday destination.
ø 2 maids taking care of the villa proper maintenance 3 hours per day
