You are located in the heart of Old town, where everything is easily walkable. Grande-Allee, and other main attraction locations are all within 10-15 minutes away as well. Easy access by foot or taxi/Uber.
ø This unit is located on the 3rd floor. You will have to go up three flights of stairs.
ø You must fill in the check in form prior to you arrival
ø Pets are NOT allowed
ø PackNPlay baby cribs can be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. (Inquire with me)
ø No smoking, parties, or excessive noise permitted on hotel grounds
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone.
ø The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).

Great location
Great location. Small cozy room but located on the third floor and not second floor as listed in title. The cleaning could have been much better. Found a thick layer of dust under bed and bureaus along with on beam directly above bed upon checking in. Two pairs of dirty socks were also covered in dust under the bureau. One lamp was nonfunctional. Clarity would have been appreciated as to having to provide your own login for Spotify, Netflix, HBO, YouTube TV, etc., as not included. A lot of platforms did not work in Canada as we are from the United States. Bathroom sink cold water knob needed to be fixed and shower head water pressure screamed at you while taking a shower. Definitely could use a rubber bath mat to prevent soapy slips in the shower. Host was very prompt in communicating and gave us a partial refund. However, we should not have had to have dealt with these issues from the start of our arrival. Excellent location, however, albeit the walk up of three floors challenging.
Good location, the place is on higher floor so it might be a bit hard if you have big luggages.
