You will have exclusive access to a private 2-bedroom suite, which includes both rooms 8 and 9 as well as a dedicated hallway bathroom for your use only. (Keys for the bathroom will be conveniently located on your unit sink.)

You are located in the heart of Old town, where everything is easily walkable. Grande-Allee, and other main attraction locations are all within 10-15 minutes away as well. Easy access by foot or taxi/Uber.

ø This unit is located on the 3rd floor. You will have to go up three flights of stairs.
ø You must fill in the check in form prior to you arrival
ø Pets are NOT allowed
ø PackNPlay baby cribs can be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. (Inquire with me)
ø No smoking, parties, or excessive noise permitted on hotel grounds
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone
ø The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).

Extremely central, ok clean and smelled clean. Quiet. Large clean bathroom, good water pressure. Parking close in very tight paid garage. AC worked. Ok view. Windows opened.

Third floor. Not entire unit, two private rooms in a hostel. Old mattresses, ancient electronical outlets that cords fall out of. Also few and far from bed. Description mentions kitchen, no kitchen, not even shared, no microwave. Wrong size coffees filters caused leaks. No freezer or tub as in description. No paid parking on premises as in amenities description. Workspace was desk in one room only. Only one good chair, other was outdoor lawn furniture and a 50s folding card chair.

The ugly: Third staircase bottom two stairs are very broken and have been for over a year from other reviews. Emergency exit stairs are very dangerous, even in a fire I would think before using them. Should both be repaired before injury. Another platform for log in and out caused confusion, should not be required." (6/5)
