- This unit is located on the 3rd floor. You will have to go up three flights of stairs.
- You must fill in the check in form prior to you arrival
- Pets are not allowed
- PackNPlay baby cribs can be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. (Inquire with me)
- No smoking, parties, or excessive noise permitted on hotel grounds
- The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).

The stay was very disappointing. There was a strong unpleasant odor as soon as we entered the building, and the smell was even worse in the loft room, resembling urine. The building and stairways were poorly maintained, and one flight of stairs felt unsafe. Inside the room, the couches were heavily torn, the lights flickered, the bathtub had multiple cracks, and several floor tiles were loose, creating a trip hazard. By the end of our stay, all of our clothes had absorbed the persistent odor. Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or safety.
Everything good at Ella’s place we had a great communication with her and place it’s as we expected. Very well located. Thank you
Kleine aber feine Unterkunft an den Ausläufern der Québecer Altstadt. Uriges Haus und angenehme Betten versprechen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und liegen perfekt, um den Tag in der Altstadt früh zu beginnen und nach einem Abend in einem der zahllosen Restaurants einen kurzen Weg zurück zu haben. In der anderen Richtung kommt man ganuso schnell zur Zitadelle und in den Park. Für Stadterkundungen perfekt geeignet mit sehr ordentlichem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
