- You must complete the pre-check in steps in order to view check in info
- Pets are not allowed
- PackNPlay baby cribs can be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. (Inquire with me)
- No smoking, parties, or excessive noise permitted on hotel grounds
- AC is shut down during winter months (Nov - April)

Super bien situé. Très content de notre séjour.
Ella's place is in a great location... a lot of restaurants, near the public parking, and near the tourist attractions. Right in the heart of Old Quebec! Ella was very responsive and helpful. We had an incident during our stay and she has the urgency to solve the problem right away. We appreciated that a lot. We will definitely stay here again!
