ø To ensure the safety of all tenants, this buildings is equipped with security cameras in the common area hallways, stairwells and entrances.
ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone.
ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.
ø Please note that the unit currently has an intermittent condensation issue, so you might experience small dripping in the living room on occasion. I am working with the building to fix it as soon as possible. Be aware if you are sensitive to sound

The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).
