ø We require a quick and secure verification process after booking. A refundable damage deposit is also mandatory. All guests must complete this step before check-in. If a reservation does not pass our screening criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the stay. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards for our properties and provide the best experience for everyone.
ø All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.
ø A Privacy screen has been placed on your window so that guests on the patio cannot fully see into your unit while your curtains are open. The privacy screen does NOT fully block the view indoors, so please close your curtains if you want privacy.

The AC system will be shut down for the winter months (approx. Nov - April).
