Melissa’s place was amazing! It was a beautiful, open space with plenty of room for our group. The three bedrooms are in the back on the main floor, making it easy for folks to cook or hang out in the living room without disturbing those in the back in the bedrooms. The location was also perfect. It was close to different buses, right by the park, and easy to get to cafes, grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again!
City: great Location: great Apartment: great (though the stairs make it hard to bring stuff up, but can't complain about that) The problem is the management: 1. When we came in there was no hot water. We, ourselves, figured out that the boiler fuse had popped 2. We asked for cotton sheets on a bed. They said twice they would address it, never did. 3. Melissa is not who you talk to. Melissa probably doesn't exist. You talk to people in Bangladesh when you message the listing. 4. The internet did not work and they asked me over and over to check things, take photos, talk to the internet provider, stay at the place, etc. It was very unpleasant. I fixed it in the end, not them. 5. We stayed for 11 days, I thought we were entitled to a free day. They gave us like 70% of a free day. I wouldn't stay here again because of the management but as I said, the apartment is good.
Nice location, and the common space was perfect for our group. Given the price, we were underwhelmed by everything else….the deck could use more furniture, one room had no closet or dresser, lack of kitchen towels and kitchen supplies, and limited bath towels.
