This Prestigious building is in the heart of downtown, near Montreal's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's surrounded by nature and its large balcony and rooftop terrace offer a stunning view of the city.
We would like to reassure that our cleaners are taking extra precautions and hygiene measures following Airbnb guideline to keep guests safe.
Please note: the minimum stay is 31 days with a lease.
This 1BR is recently renovated and upgraded with some new furniture (still waiting on new pictures of couch and dining table), with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The sofa is no longer a sofa bed*
The bed is extremely comfortable. The 60" smart TV comes with a Chromecast to stream your favourite shows. You must use your own login information. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and basic supplies to get your stay started off on the right foot!
There is a large rooftop terrace that you can use where you'll also have access to BBQ's and various seating. Let's not forget the indoor pool and gym located behind the building.
You'll have complete access to the condo, the rooftop, the gym, the indoor pool and all common areas.
Public transport all found within 1-5 minutes walking from the building.
You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival.
-Your ID should match your airbnb profile if not your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the guest to supply appropriate identification.
-We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine.
-Parties, excessive noise, are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our locations. At the first complaint, the booking will be terminated without refund.

- All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.

The place is in a great location. The apartment itself is really nice. It has everything that you need for a short term stay. Alexa and her team were very helpful.
Positive: Alex's place is in a good location, walkable to groceries, a little noisy though. The apartment has all the facilities for cooking and the host is very responsive to our requests about bringing oils, salts, etc. Don't let `free street parking` mislead you, limited spots. Negative: First a sheriff came asking about the host and I had to call the host (uncomfortable). 1-2 days after, we saw leaking under the sink. Notified the host and they sent someone. However, they couldn't fix. We let the host know. They didn't send anyone until I told them I will communicate this to the airbnb support. No fix again. Said they are waiting for a piece, and 3+ weeks no fix. In response, the host told us to put a pitcher and empty it (this was our daily job). This is the recent communication with the host: `There was absolutely no issue and this did not affect their stay in the slightest.`. Word limit does not let me to explain more. Extremely bad in maintenance and respecting hosts.
The apartment is as pictured, modern and clean. The pool, gym, and other amenities are in building right next door. Rooftop views were great especially at night. Location is great with busses, metro, restaurants, shops all easily walkable. Alexa & Jen were extremely responsive prior to arrival and during our stay. Checkout was also very easy. We would love to stay here again and hope to be back soon.
